Our refunds must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date. You must show proof of purchase while attempting to receive a refund.

After receiving your email and inspecting proof of purchase we will process your return please allow three days from the recipient of the notice to process your return refund may take one or two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
